I Fratelli Taviani took home the Golden Bear yesterday at the 62nd Berlinale film festival in Germany. An amazing achievement for Paolo and Vittorio, the Italian brothers who are both in their 80s and have been making groundbreaking movies since the ’60s. I can’t wait to see the winning film, Caesar Must Die, which is apparently a “sort-of” documentary about a group of inmates at a Roman prison rehearsing for an “in-house” production of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. Yeah, I’m sold, too. Click through image for link to article.
